Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple retail locations across Greenville. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Greenville, SC

What's the Job?

  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple buildings, focusing on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
  • Travel between retail locations within a 30-minute radius of Greenville, ensuring all systems function efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and monitor the performance of mechanical, plumbing, fire, life safety, and control systems.
  • Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
