Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting multiple clients across various facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location:On-site - Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range:$34-36/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across a variety of building systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and flooring.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and update work order statuses in real time using CMMS systems.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform call-in work as needed.
