Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting facility operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Coverage from Baton Rouge to west side of New Orleans and east side of Lafayette; this role is not remote)

Pay Range: $33-35/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning of all mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a good understanding of general maintenance practices.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems effectively.
