Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading provider of facility maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting multiple clients across various sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Pay rate: $32-35/hr
Location:Austin, TX

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, update work order statuses in real-time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo.

What's Needed?

• Universal CFC recovery certification.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform on-call duties and daily driving to various sites.
