Job Description:
- Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease
- Analyze and correlate laboratory data to patient diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain laboratory equipment and quality assurance standards
- Interpret and report test results accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
Requirements:
- MLT/MLS or Medical Laboratory Scientist certification
- ASCP certification
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
