Job Summary

The Service Line Specialist will drive growth and success by leveraging their extensive experience in SAP solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts this role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage client relationships and sales processes. The candidate will contribute to the company's objectives by ensuring client satisfaction and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Facilitate training sessions for sales teams to enhance their knowledge of SAP solutions and improve sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain integrity and trust with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product development teams to enhance SAP offerings based on client needs.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies that align with market conditions and client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and sharing best practices

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in SAP solutions is required to effectively manage sales processes and client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify market trends and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for negotiating contracts and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies is crucial for driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial for tracking sales activities and maintaining accurate records.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is important for maintaining trust with clients
