Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $23.06 per hour
- Shift: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 40-hour workweek with three-day weekends!
- Union Position
- $0.50/hour raise upon permanent hire
- Additional $0.50/hour raise after 60 days
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with rubber milling and processing equipment
- Load, move, and process rubber materials
- Monitor production and inspect product quality
- Maintain production standards and follow work instructions
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and union guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work throughout a 10-hour shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
