As a Mitigation Project Supervisor, you'll earn $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
Choose from flexible scheduling options including 7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–5 pm Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MITIGATION PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Your day includes meeting with homeowners to clearly explain every step of the process, from water loss evaluation to equipment use. You collaborate with insurance adjusters and third-party partners to ensure everyone is aligned. On-site, you guide technicians, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress. Every detail matters, from thermal imaging readings to moisture content reports, and you manage it all with professionalism.
