Position Summary
A Mitigation Coach with Paul Davis will lead, coach, and develop the mitigation technician team to ensure operational excellence in field production, documentation, customer satisfaction, and equipment management. They will be responsible for overseeing all staffing, technician progression, training, performance standards, accountability, and compliance with drying science and mitigation protocols. The Mitigation Coach will also support operational objectives related to cycle time, scorecard compliance, customer experience, and departmental readiness. They will partner with leadership and Project Manager to maintain a high-performing, well-trained mitigation department capable of handling residential and commercial losses while spending a significant amount of time in the field coaching and evaluating technicians.
