Electrical Superintendent | Mission Critical Construction | Phoenix, AZ

Mission critical work doesn’t leave room for weak leadership, poor planning, or reactive execution.

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent who knows how to lead large field operations, drive accountability, and keep complex electrical construction projects moving safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who can balance manpower, production, scheduling, safety, and communication without losing control of the details that keep a project on track.

You’ll play a key role in overseeing large-scale mission critical and data center construction projects while partnering closely with project management, field leadership, and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Why Work With Us

  • Opportunity to lead large-scale mission critical electrical projects
  • High-impact role with visibility across major project operations
  • Team-focused culture built around accountability, safety, and quality execution
  • Long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding market sector
  • Work alongside experienced leadership and highly skilled field teams
  • Projects that challenge your leadership, planning, and operational skillset

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee electrical field operations across active mission critical construction projects
  • Manage large craft teams and support field productivity, accountability, and execution
  • Work closely with project management teams to maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Drive and maintain overall electrical construction schedules, including 3-week look-ahead planning
  • Coordinate manpower, workflow, materials, and equipment to support project milestones
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Support and enforce QA/QC procedures throughout project execution
  • Promote strong safety culture through field leadership, audits, training, and policy enforcement
  • Maintain communication between field teams, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates on production, scheduling, and field progress
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain momentum

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting data center or mission critical construction projects
  • Experience managing multiple crews totaling 150+ craft employees
  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and BIM coordination
  • Proven ability to lead field operations on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate manpower, scheduling, and material procurement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years in electrical construction leadership
  • Experience developing and maintaining overall construction schedules
  • Strong background in electrical installation and troubleshooting processes
  • Experience coordinating material orders and field logistics
  • Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and compliance requirements

Physical & Work Environment

  • Combination of office and active construction site environments
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dust, and industrial job site activity
  • Travel up to 10% as required by project needs
  • PPE required in designated work areas and project sites

The strongest superintendents know how to keep crews moving, maintain trust in the field, and solve problems before they become schedule killers. If you lead with accountability, urgency, and respect for the craft, we’d love to connect.
