Job Purpose:Supports plant operations by installing, moving, and dismantling equipment.Duties: * Organizes work by studying work orders, blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and specifications; gathering supplies and equipment; coordinating work schedules with other areas. * Installs equipment by setting foundations; assembling and attaching components and parts; establishing power connections. * Dismantles and moves equipment by dissembling components and parts; disconnecting power; securing equipment for moving; crafting components and parts for shipping. * Maintains safe work environment by being aware of foot traffic when moving equipment; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. * Keeps hand tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. * Maintains equipment records by completing logs. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Manufacturing Quality, Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Experience, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Decision Making, Tooling, Safety Management, Lifting, Job Knowledge, Productivity
