Millwright | Machinery Tear Down & Assembly | Industrial Outage Work TradeWorX is hiring seasoned Millwrights and Industrial Mechanical candidates for industrial outage work in the Leola, PA area, with additional work expected to continue into the Allentown area. This is the first of a series of outage opportunities for experienced millwrights who can support machinery tear down, assembly, installation, alignment, and industrial mechanical work.

Pay, Overtime & Schedule:
Pay up to $34.00/hour based on experience, skill level, tools, and assignment fit. Overtime is expected based on outage and project needs. Schedule is expected to run 6 days per week, 10 hours per day. Initial work is in the Leola, PA area, with work moving to the Allentown area after approximately two weeks. Duration is ongoing based on project needs.
Job Duties:
Perform machinery tear down, assembly, and mechanical installation work
Support industrial outage work involving production machinery and plant equipment
Work with conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, shafts, guards, and related mechanical systems
Assist with layout, rigging, alignment, equipment setup, and mechanical troubleshooting
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and industrial equipment safely
Follow plant safety requirements, outage schedules, and site expectations
Requirements:
Millwright, industrial mechanical, machinery assembly, or maintenance mechanic experience required
Experience with machinery tear down, assembly, equipment installation, or outage work preferred
Must have all basic tools required for millwright work
Ability to work 6 days per week, 10 hours per day
Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
Must be safety-focused and comfortable working in active plant or industrial environments
Ideal Candidate:
Seasoned millwright with outage, shutdown, plant, or industrial mechanical experience
Comfortable with machinery tear down, assembly, alignment, and installation work
Has basic tools and can report ready to work
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to commit to extended schedules
Interested in ongoing industrial outage opportunities beyond the first assignment
