About the Role:
The Milling Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining milling equipment to cut/modify various types of steels & aluminum. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all products meet exact specifications and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and monitoring the milling process to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth production flow. Flexibility to work in shifts and work overtime when needed.
