How you'll make an impact:

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (in office)

 

Role Overview:
This position supports a Senior Underwriter/Broker in servicing and managing accounts while developing underwriting expertise. You’ll underwrite, service, and manage assigned accounts with clear production and service goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in operational management and account servicing
  • Underwrite property and casualty insurance applications within established guidelines
  • Evaluate risks based on property value, location, usage, safety features, and other key factors
  • Decide whether to accept, modify, or decline risks
  • Collaborate frequently with field teams to gather information and support underwriting decisions

This role offers hands-on experience and measurable goals to help you grow in underwriting and brokerage.

About you:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Recent military experience

Key Behaviors:

  • Ability to handle broad assignments requiring creativity, originality, and problem-solving

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
