Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a full-time 1st Shift MIG Welder in York, SC for a leading manufacturer in the recycling and waste equipment industry.

If you have MIG welding experience, blueprint reading skills, and fabrication experience, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay, overtime, weekly pay, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay & Schedule
  • Pay:$21.00–$27.00+/hr based on experience and skill level
  • 1st Shift
  • Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Overtime available on Fridays
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Weekly Pay

  • Level 1–2 Welders:$21–$22/hour

MIG Welder Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on carbon steel
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Set up and adjust welding equipment
  • Use grinders, drills, sanders, and other hand and power tools
  • Use or assist with plasma cutting equipment
  • Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
  • Complete required production and quality paperwork
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
MIG Welder Qualifications
  • 3+ years of MIG welding experience preferred
  • Experience welding carbon steel
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Experience with plasma cutters
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Must be able to pass a welding test
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed
