Mig Welder - $20-25/HR + 10% Differential

Monday – Thursday; 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (working most Fridays and will train on 1 st
shift 6am-4:30pm for about 1-2 weeks)
Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour plus 10 percent differential
Job Description
we are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team in Ocala, FL. This role involves welding steel components in an industrial production environment while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. Ideal candidates have hands-on MIG welding experience and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
Grind, cut, and finish welds as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications
Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Ability to pass a weld test
Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
