Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Middleware Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and updating new applications, upgrading existing infrastructure, and deploying code for currently utilized applications. This role requires a strong background in middleware technologies and a passion for optimizing and automating processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Windows IIS, RHEL, and Middleware (WebLogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, WebSphere).
• Knowledge of CI-CD and deployment tools like XLRelease, Ansible, Harness.
• Experience in administering and engineering highly available distributed systems.
• Experience in building and rolling out high availability and disaster recovery for Linux/Windows infrastructure.
• Ability to quickly assimilate into a complex environment and rapidly learn existing and inbound technologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of process improvement for deployment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in CICD SDLC process, GUI application/server transfer, and automation tools, data analytics.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Unix Shell Scripting, Ansible, Bitbucket, XLR, Harness, GitHub.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize current solutions and perform technical analysis.
• Provide hands-on technical support to troubleshoot problems related to poorly performing systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives.
