Assists teachers or principals in supporting student achievement and creating a positive learning environment.
Works with students individually or in groups across all curricular areas, developing strategies tailored to their needs.
Operates instructional equipment, monitors student behavior, and collaborates with staff to enhance instruction.
Provides support with classroom routines, assessments, record-keeping, and school procedures.
Requires at least an Associate's Degree, two years of higher education, or equivalent through assessments or training.
Must possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
