Stratford School is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Middle School Math and Science Teacher for the upcoming school year. This full-time role teaches coursework in Algebra, Science and Engineering to students in 6th, 7th and 8th grades. Salary Range: $64,000-$75,000

What You’ll Do:
Teach Middle School School Math (Algebra) and Science curriculum
Implement engaging and differentiated instructional strategies
Assess, monitor, and document student academic progress
Maintain regular communication with parents and school leadership
Create a well-organized, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Attend staff meetings and participate in in-house trainings
Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to curriculum development
Host an after-school Math/Science Club while providing office hours from 3:30-4:30
Perform related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Math, Science, Education, or related field preferred
Master’s degree and/or teaching credential a plus
2+ years of teaching experience at the Middle School level
Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to partner with colleagues
A commitment to building positive relationships with students
Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in education
