Johnson Creek Schools seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as the head middle school cross country coach.
Responsibilities - Lead and instruct middle school runners in fundamental skills; organize and oversee practice sessions, ensuring a safe a productive training environment; develop and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance individual and team performance; plan and coordinate competition schedules; and foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork.
Requirements: Previous coaching experience in cross country is preferred; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes; commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
