Demonstrated skills in leading motivating and cooperating with other teachers campus administrators and district personnel.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT ProbationaryTerm Contract 197 daysSALARY67640IA-3Salary Range based on experience as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCampus-based support and responsibilitiesConsult with campus staff to interpret the TEKS and Scope and Sequence.Work with individuals content teams and campus administration to use English assessment data to develop implement and monitor an instructional action plan.Provide support and work collaboratively with the English leaders on campus CICDCTLCCIS and Campus Administration to facilitatesupport effective team planning and implementation of district curriculum.Provide district- and campus-level professional development including peer coaching model lessons and teacher support to implement content TEKS.Facilitate implementation of new instructional strategies andor instructional materials.Observe provide feedback and support teachers to provide a learning environment that supports all learners.Communicate with the Secondary English Language Arts Coordinator and Campus Administration to identify areas of success as well as areas in need of additional support training or resources.Assist teachers with technology integration.District-based support and responsibilities1.
