The School District of Waupaca is seeking a MS Boys Soccer Coach starting in the 2026 season. The coach will be responsible for leading a successful middle school soccer program, as well as collaborating with the high school head coach to continue development of a district wide soccer program.

POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Implement a program philosophy that supports organized and structured practice schedules.

  2. The ability to communicate regularly with all soccer and athletic program stakeholders.

  3. Work collaboratively with the Waupaca School District Athletic Department in building

high-achieving athletic programs.

  1. The ability to encourage and support student/athlete participation; developing student/athletes

as leaders both academically and athletically.

  1. Possess and implement a coaching philosophy which values the role of athletics, winning and

losing, competition, as well as the commitment and value of the team, school, and

community excellence.

  1. Knowledge of rules and strategies

  2. Enthusiasm for the sport

  3. Ability to motivate student/athletes.

  4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Activities Director.
