Middle School Assistant Wrestling Coach - 2026-2027 Season

Tipp City Schools is seeking an Assistant Wrestling Coach to support the Head Coach in developing student-athletes, teaching fundamentals, and fostering a positive, disciplined team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and running daily practices and teaching proper techniques.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, home meets, and away tournaments.
- Help manage match-day logistics, weigh-ins, and mat preparation.
- Model good sportsmanship and adhere to OHSAA regulations.
Qualifications & State Requirements
Candidates must possess or be able to obtain the following before the season begins:
- High school diploma or equivalent (prior wrestling/coaching experience preferred).
- Clean Ohio BCI and FBI background checks.
- Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit (PAP).
- Required certifications: Completion of Coaches Tool Chest
