Responsibilities involve supervising and instructing 15-25 student-athletes, assisting the head coach, conducting practices, ensuring safety, developing training plans, and supervising team travel. The role requires 15-20 hours weekly, including six days of coaching.
Working conditions may include exposure to bodily fluids, vehicle operation in bad weather, and physical activity like lifting equipment up to 50 pounds.
