The Middle School Academic Coach is a full-time position starting in the 2026-2027 school year at River Bluff Middle School, reporting to the Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
They will collaborate with teachers and leaders to provide job-embedded coaching, model instruction, facilitate professional development, analyze data, and support literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
The role emphasizes equity, culturally responsive practices, and family/community engagement, with responsibilities including planning, observing, feedback, and reporting on school improvement efforts.
Qualifications include a valid Wisconsin educator license (Grades 4-12), at least 5 years of successful classroom teaching, and knowledge of literacy and instructional strategies. Strong communication, collaboration, and commitment to equity are essential.
