Purpose of Position: The Girls' Basketball Coach will help in supervising and instructing the middle school girls' basketball team of assignment, which is important to the student-athletes' success in reaching their full potential in the classroom and on the court.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee training of girls' basketball players in conjunction with the other coaches.
- Develop training plans for girls' basketball players in conjunction with the other coaches.
- Assist in overseeing the running of specific events as needed at home matches as directed by Director of Activities.
- Contribute to game line-up planning with other coaches.
- Attend and coach at all practices and games.
- Assist other coaches in monitoring team members' practice attendance, school attendance, meet attendance and grades.
- Responsible for equipment and uniform inventory.
- Assist other coaches in enforcing team policies.
- Responsible for providing student-athletes feedback about their performance related to their disposition, behavior and team skills.
- Successful completion of the required Menasha By Laws for girls' basketball for the fall/winter sports season.
Length of Work: Fall/Winter Sports Season
Working Conditions: Will be expected to work in evenings.
Physical Requirements: The job will require you to stand for extended periods of time, while coaching at practices and events.
