Overview
The purpose of this job is to utilize advanced knowledge and experience of acceptable middle market & corporate banking practices to provide day-to-day assistance for the Middle Market & Corporate Banking Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers (all of the duties of CRM Assistant I, plus) complicated portfolio management, perfection of loan documentation, and technical assistance, as needed, to ensure timely and accurate coordination of reviews, loan renewals, loan modifications, exceptions and compliance resolution, and all other aspects of the corporate banking and portfolio management processes.

Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum of five (5) years of previous experience as a Loan Assistant - Corporate Banking or proven equivalent
Knowledge of general banking and corporate banking procedures and practices
Accounting and mathematical aptitude
Due to the critical element of customer exposure, the qualified associate must demonstrate excellent customer service ability in addition to each of the following:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills with demonstrable ability to multitask
Good communication skills (verbal and written) while demonstrating ability to use lending terminology
Good time management skills
Intermediate computer skills, including function ability with Word, Excel, and other bank systems (such as Microsoft Office applications, ALS, M&I, OnDemand, nCino, etc.) necessary to perform tasks (typing skills- test 30 wpm)
MUST be able to exercise confidentiality with sensitive information
2-year degree with business administration emphasis preferred
Additional Qualifications for Level II:
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
