The Bowler School District is looking for a Middle/High School Principal for the 2026-27 school year. The principal will oversee 150 diverse students in grades 6-12 and supervise 26 staff members. The ideal candidate will exhibit a growth mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to develop community partnerships.
The Middle/High School Principal will have a strong understanding of effective practices to enhance student achievement and engagement, promote family involvement, and foster an inclusive and caring school environment. This position also involves leadership in Academic and Career Planning and Educator Effectiveness. The principal will be part of the administrative team and will provide guidance on all aspects of the district from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
