Mid-Senior UX Designer

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach FL that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both research and design UXUI of digital products such as software or enterprise software. This role requires a proactive individual with the versatility to lead and collaborate in various aspects of the design process.Responsibilities Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors Design intuitive and user-centric digital interfaces for exceptional user experiences Collaborate closely with UX Lead and data science teams to create UI designs for AI engagements Lead design conversations and workshops providing innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals Capture requirements while challenging the status quo to ensure the most viable and creative solutions are considered Maintain a strong alignment with Scaled Agile work methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery using JIRA Utilize Figma for design and prototyping to provide visual design assetsExecute user-centric and metric-centric research and design activities Conduct discovery through stakeholder interviews e.g. product owner subject matter experts end users and review previous research and documentation for existing personas Define process maps taskuser flows and other appropriate definition artifacts Conduct user feedback sessions with design conceptsmockups low-fi wireframes Conduct usability tests user feedback sessions with hi-fi visual mock-upsdesigns through digital prototypes
