TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Mid-Level Jira Analyst position.The Jira Analyst will provide support to NASA's Human Landing System (HLS). The candidate will work with a ride range of technical disciplines and project leadership at Marshall Space Flight Center. The primary responsibilities of the position may include (but are not limited to):Gather requirements for processes, and determine ways to build/optimize/improve software tools in Jira and confluenceProvide application support for JIRA and Confluence across the Human Landing System (HLS) ProgramCreate JIRA projects, queries and reports as requiredExperience with performing all areas of JIRA administration, including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselinesSupport SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence usersWork with project leads to create custom dashboardsUtilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projectsSupport and configure JIRA plugins as requiredGenerate documentation and training for Jira workflows and processesMaintain awareness of Agency Application changes to Atlassian tools and manage licenses.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field or a related technical disciplineMust have a minimum of 10+ years total experience with 5+ years working directly with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence)Experience working in a technical field while interacting with multiple focus areas or elementsFamiliar with Engineering projects and processesPI2c469859022f-25660-40443650
