We are seeking an experienced Associate to join a dynamic team focused on complex litigation matters, with emphasis on the energy sector. Manage and support various stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and navigating the discovery process.
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide sophisticated analytical support for a variety of matters.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, client-focused legal solutions.
Represent the firm and its clients in a professional and effective manner through both written and oral advocacy.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Familiarity with the energy industry is highly preferred but not required.
Legal Skills: Proven ability to handle pleadings, motions, and discovery rules with precision.
Communication: Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
Education: Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
