Seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily wireless communication services in the Mid-Atlantic region for the Voice (MSS) division.
Responsibilities include managing multi-state operations, leading and developing teams, driving process improvements, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Candidates should have 5+ years in customer operations or project management, strong analytical skills, and experience in telecommunications preferred. The role is remote with travel required, and direct reports are expected.
