Discover the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft D365 CRM Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, exceptional architectural capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions, particularly in Sales and Marketing modules.

• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Design and implement customizations, including:

• Plugins

• Workflows

• Power Automate flows

• Custom APIs and integrations

• Architect and implement integrations with external systems using:

• Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)

• REST/SOAP APIs

• Middleware platforms

• Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, data security, and governance compliance.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and DevOps best practices.

• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and solution validation processes.

• Drive adoption and implementation of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas Apps).

• Support upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural issues.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Strong expertise in:

• D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

• C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript

• Dataverse and plugin development

• Power Platform

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and integration frameworks.

• Deep understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security principles.

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Strong knowledge of:

• RESTful services

• Event-driven architecture

• Microservices architecture

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications such as:

• Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

• Power Platform Architect certifications

• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.

• Exposure to SAFe / Agile delivery models.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ALM strategies, and automated deployments.

• Experience integrating with third-party systems such as ERP platforms or payment gateways.
