The Opportunity As part of the Business Application Consulting team you collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Functional Consultants, Technical Architects, clients, business teams, and engineering teams to deliver quality products and implementations. As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and leverage your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results. You also motivate and coach others to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
