Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Platform Engineer to join our Enterprise Productivity Applications team. This role is central to enabling secure, compliant, and high-value use of Microsoft 365 across the organization.
You will focus on Copilot-driven productivity, information governance, and lifecycle management, ensuring collaboration, content creation, and AI-assisted workflows operate within well-defined data classification, permissions, and retention frameworks—while scaling effectively across the enterprise.
 
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise-scale adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 E5 productivity tools.
Enable Copilot integration with secure and compliant data access models.
Implement and manage information governance and lifecycle strategies.
Design and enforce data classification, retention, and compliance policies.
Develop predictive cost models for AI agent adoption at scale.
Ensure alignment between productivity, compliance, and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise knowledge systems.
 
Required Skills & Experience
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) with enterprise-scale implementations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Purview, including:
Data classification
Sensitivity labeling
Retention policies
Records management
Information lifecycle governance
Strong understanding of permissions and access models, including:
Entra ID
SharePoint & Teams access controls
Conditional access policies
Experience ensuring secure, role-based Copilot data grounding.
Proven ability to balance productivity, compliance, and risk.
Hands-on experience with eDiscovery, audit, and retention controls
 
Education
Master’s degree in Information and Library Sciences (or related field).
