Description
- Lead delivery of large‑scale mechanical construction projects
- Full accountability for project financial performance
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Maintain senior‑level client relationships
- Partner with preconstruction and design teams
- Drive best practices across project delivery
Profile
- Senior‑level experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor
- History of managing $20M+ mechanical scopes
- Strong leadership and people‑development skills
- Confident client‑facing presence
- Design‑assist or integrated delivery experience preferred
- No General Contractor or Owner's Rep backgrounds
