Description
Oversee all phases of healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up), from preconstruction through completion
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
Coordinate work in active healthcare environments while ensuring minimal disruption
Maintain strict safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and internal teams
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Profile
5+ years of Project Management experience
Healthcare or other complex project experience strongly preferred
Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments
Strong financial management, scheduling, and organizational skills
AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
Job Offer
$115,000 - $165,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
$800/month vehicle allowance
