A reputable, DFW-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with strong Class A interior build-out experience. This firm maintains long-standing relationships with developers, brokers, and corporate clients, consistently delivering high-quality interior projects throughout the metroplex.
Description
Manage all phases of Class A interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Lead coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations
Identify and proactively resolve project risks, delays, and field issues
Collaborate closely with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
Maintain clear communication with ownership, design teams, and stakeholders
Track project progress, reporting on milestones, costs, and timelines
Profile
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Proven experience managing Class A interior / tenant improvement projects
Strong background in corporate office build-outs and high-end finishes
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with occupied or phased construction environments
Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction sequencing
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
