Description


  • Lead all phases of ground-up healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to maintain compliance with medical standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.






Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned construction leader with deep experience in healthcare projects. Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale ground-up projects.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).

Job Offer
