Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee security operations at Miami International Airport (MIA). The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, operational performance, and regulatory compliance of the assigned security program. This position provides leadership to supervisory personnel and security staff while ensuring contractual obligations, customer expectations, and company standards are consistently achieved.
The Site Manager serves as the primary liaison between Covenant Aviation Security, airport stakeholders, air carriers, freight forwarders, regulatory agencies, and other operational partners. This position is accountable for workforce management, operational readiness, customer service, employee development, contract performance, and security compliance.

Work Environment
Depending upon contract requirements and post locations and assignments, duties may be performed inside or outside with variations of climate control and exposure to elements. Some work requires outside exposure, conducting mobile vehicle patrols, and security at exterior gates, loading docks, and other access points to the Airport Area of Operations (AOA). Temperature fluctuations seasonally vary.
