Salary Range: $38.46 – $44.99 per hour

The Mental Health Clinician I – Recovery provides outpatient mental health services including assessments, individual therapy, treatment planning, and skills-based groups for adults participating in Recovery-Oriented services. This position supports individuals on their path to wellness while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy services
• Maintain productivity and documentation standards
• Participate in Access Rotation as assigned
• Collaborate with community agencies and referral partners
• Complete required trainings and maintain BBS registration
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Counseling experience or equivalent post-master's specialized training
• Knowledge of California mental health regulations, duty to protect, and duty to report requirements
• Experience working with adults in outpatient behavioral health settings
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with electronic health record systems
