Akkodis is seeking an Mgr, Product Owner - AI & Prompt Strategy for a Contract to Hire with a client in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, design, and optimization of conversational AI products by defining agent architectures, prompt frameworks, and performance metrics that enhance customer experiences.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $62/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Mgr, Product Owner - AI & Prompt Strategy Job Responsibilities include:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.

• Design and optimize multi-agent architectures, prompt frameworks, and conversational workflows for AI-powered customer interactions.

• Establish performance metrics and analytics frameworks to measure AI effectiveness, including task completion, hallucination rates, latency, and user engagement.

• Lead A/B testing, prompt tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AI agent accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and operational groups to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Monitor product performance, ROI, and key business KPIs while driving cross-functional alignment, governance, and successful AI product delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably within mortgage, fintech, customer servicing, or AI-driven product environments.

• Proven experience with Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and multi-agent architecture design within enterprise AWS environments.

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with experience driving AI product strategy, A/B testing, performance optimization, and KPI-based decision-making.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $62.00 per hour
