Position Summary

The Manager-OR (MOR) is a professional nurse who demonstrates expertise in utilizing the concepts of participative management. The MOR has the responsibility & authority for operational management of the department.

Among these responsibilities are coordinating, evaluating improving nursing care, providing direction to the Assistant Nurse Managers-OR & assisting the department leadership in promoting safe, cost effective, quality patient care on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements

BSN Required; MSN preferred.

NC RN license required; CNOR preferred

3 years of clinical experience in OR with 2 year in OR specialty areas is required.

At least 3-yrs of recent OR clinical experience with 2-yrs in an OR specialty required. Demonstrated 2-yrs of progressive leadership growth/experience preferred.

Pay Range

$108160.00 - $148720.00

Hours: Will depend on the daily operations and meeting requirements

Shift: Day Shift

On Call : Yes

Weekends: Rotating
