The Manager, Pathology reports to the Director of Pathology Administration and the Medical Director of the laboratory section and is responsible for administration and technical management of a Pathology laboratory section or group of sections for the academic medical center site.
Coordinates administrative functions such as personnel, budget preparation and analyses, statistical and financial reporting, development and monitoring of new programs, and updates section(s) procedure manual(s). May develop and recommend programs to increase market share for outpatient testing.
