Responsibilities include directing generation, transmission, and distribution activities, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, managing regulatory filings and hearings, and investigating incidents.
The role involves managing union relations, emergency response, and community engagement, as well as negotiating power agreements and maintaining equipment.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related field, 10+ years managing electric operations, strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
