Responsibilities include supervising meal services, maintaining sanitation and infection control, supporting culinary program rollouts, and improving food quality to increase sales.
Qualifications include 2+ years of food service management experience, knowledge of sanitation and food trends, strong communication and financial skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
