This role is responsible for overseeing the Catering Department, including training and developing associates, managing event logistics, directing temporary staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.Success in this position requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
