This role involves supervising laboratory technicians, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining high-quality analytical support, and coordinating with operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities include managing safety policies, troubleshooting lab issues, maintaining calibration records, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Ideal candidates have an associate’s or higher degree in Science or equivalent experience, demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and knowledge of lab safety and information systems.
Preferred qualifications include prior supervisory experience, familiarity with LIMS, SAP, and quality management systems, and a bachelor’s degree in Science.
