Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
  • Providing metallurgical support to multiple clients  by performing failure and metallurgical analysis, interacting with metallurgical technicians, updating standard work, and participating on continuous improvement projects.
 
Typical task breakdown:
  • Receive client request and document as-received
  • Enter work order and work with technicians to complete work
  • Create report with appropriate conclusions
  • Validate with senior staff
 
Education & Experience Required:
  • Years of experience: 0-2 years
  • Degree requirement: BS in Metallurgical or Materials Science Engineering from accredited university – ONLY THESE SPECIFC degree’s
  • NO 2 year degrees
  • Open to Master’s  - only the listed degrees

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 - $34.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
