The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering, with 1-2 years of related experience or internships. Preferred skills include exposure to quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949), experience in metals or manufacturing, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. The role may involve off-shift or weekend work in a 24/7 environment. The focus is on safety, operational excellence, quality, and developing future leaders.
